  A comprehensive session to understand your situation and needs.

• Communication & Behaviour Assessment (90 minutes) – £60
  A holistic assessment to help understand behaviour changes, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship for a better quality of life.

• Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes) – £50 each
  Tailored support focusing on key challenges and goals.
